Dr. Carlos A. Borzutzky, commonly referred to by colleagues as “Dr. B,” completed his medical residency in
Pediatric Radiology at the Exequiel Gonzalez Cortes Children’s Hospital in Santiago, Chile. Shortly thereafter,
he moved to the United States in 1971 and completed a second residency in pediatrics at the Beth Israel Medical
Center in New York city and in diagnostic radiology in 1976 at the University of Pittsburgh’s Montefiore Hospital.
Dr. B then pursued his fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at the Mercy Hospital of Pittsburgh from 1984-1985.
In addition to working as a reading radiologist for Med Health Services, Dr. Borzutzky has been on staff
at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, Pittsburgh Specialty Hospital, Elwood City Hospital, Penn
Vascular Lab and Ohio Valley Hospital. He also specializes in teleradiology and works in private practice
as well.
Dr. B is licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
