Dr. Yaser Kalash is board certified in the fields of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease,
with a subspecialty of Nuclear Medicine and Peripheral Vascular Disease. The doctor also has extensive
experience in Interventional Cardiology/PTCA, Transesophageal Echochardiography, Stress Echocardiography,
and permanent pacemaker implantation.
In the course of his career, Dr. Kalash has distinguished himself as a lecturer in the subject of
cardiology. Since the beginning of his career, he has and continues to hold several academic appointments
and Medical privileges at at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital, Shadyside Hospital, Forbes Regional
Hospital, Mercy Jeannette Hospital, and the Life Care Hospitals of Pittsburgh.
